Dear Technical Support;

I just wanted to thank you for you help. I have always considered myself very handy and good at do it yourself jobs. I also pride myself on my research skills. When I purchased your PURE TECH 3000t I had no problems installing the systems. It worked great for the first week. Then the problems started. I had discolored water that was worse then the water before installing the system. I was furious. I did not just spend that much money on this system to make my water worse. To make matters worse I had little hope of getting much help from a company that was 2000 miles away from me.

I called and was put through with a technician. After explaining my problem he started asking the most stupid questions that he could think of. "what kind of a drain line did I use?" "How often was the system regenerating?" I was getting nowhere. My system was defective and he was trying to insult my intelligence. After arguing with him for a while he asked me to humor him and just check a few things out on the system while he walked me through it.

Much to my now humbled surprise, I had used a soft clear plastic hose for my drain and he explained how it could be causing the problems. He told me to replace it wi a reinforced to to prevent it from pinching or collapsing. I was still leery but I did humor him. After replacing the hose and manually regenerating the system as instructed, I had good water again. It has since regenerated a number of times and I have yet to get colored water again. Your technician knew what he was talking about and put up with my attitude very professionally.
