Cleanmywater.com Inc., its
subsidiaries, and its affiliates (hereinafter "CMW") are committed to
ensuring the privacy of all of our users. We never disclose or sell the
limited, non-financial information collected on our Web site. By accessing or
using the www.cleanmywater.com or any other CMW Web site, you agree to the
terms of the CMW Online Privacy Policy, as outlined below. If you do not agree
to these terms, please do not access or use this site. CMW reserves the right
to change the Online Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion.
Your use of this site will be subject to the most current version of the Online
Privacy Policy at the time of such use.
Collection of personal information:
When you engage in certain
activities on this site, such as ordering or registering products, downloading
software, or entering contests, CMW, may ask you to provide certain information
about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely
optional for you to engage in these activities. If you elect to engage in these
activities, however, CMW may ask that you provide us with personal information,
such as your first and last name, mailing address (including zip code), e-mail
address, employer, job title and department, telephone and facsimile numbers,
and other personal identifying information. When ordering products or services
on the CMW site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number. Depending
upon the activity, some of the information that we ask you to provide is
identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the
mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to
engage in that activity.
How your personal information is
collected:
All browsing within the CMW Site
is conducted on the unencrypted http protocol, as is standard practice for
non-sensitive information transfers on the web. Credit card purchases are
always processed off-site, at through an authorized reseller's account, using
https Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Credit card and personal
information will always be secured for web transfers.
How your personal
information is used:
CMW collects your information in
order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If
you order a product that is to be shipped, for example, the information is used
to register your warranty and rights, if any, to technical support, upgrade
discounts, or other benefits that may be made available to registered users. If
you enter a contest, information is collected to qualify the entry and contact
you regarding the contest or prize awards. The information that you provide is
also used as part of our effort to keep you informed about product upgrades,
special offers, and other products and services of CMW, we will not share or
sell your information.
Your choices with
respect to personal information:
CMW recognizes and appreciates
the importance of responsible use of information collected on this site. If you
do not want the information you provide to CMW to be used to inform you of
other products, services, and special offers available from CMW, and you
indicate this preference when you provide your personal information to CMW,
then CMW will honor your preference.
Protection of your
personal information:
The personal information that you
provide in connection with registering yourself as a CMW user or registering a CMW
product is classified as Registration Information. Registration Information is
protected in several ways. Access by you to your Registration Information is
available through a password and unique customer ID selected by you. This
password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to
anyone. In addition, your Registration Information resides on a secure server
that only selected CMW personnel and contractors have access to via password. CMW
encrypts your personal information and thereby prevents unauthorized parties
from viewing such information when it is transmitted to CMW.
Personal information that you
provide that is not Registration Information also resides on a secure server
and is only accessible via password. Since this information is not accessible
from outside CMW, you will not be asked to select a password in order to view
or modify such information.
Please note that any information
you post to a public bulletin board, such as the CMW Testimonials, is available
to all persons accessing the site.
Use of cookies:
When you visit www.cleanmywater.com
or any other CMW Web site, you can surf the site anonymously and access
important information without revealing your identity. In order to improve our
site, we may use "cookies" to track your visit. A cookie is a small
amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a Web server and can only
be read by the server that gave it to you. It functions as your identification
card, recording your passwords, purchases, and preferences. It cannot be
executed as code or deliver viruses.

not been complied with. We will investigate your complaint promptly.
Please note that if you provide CMW with inconsistent
privacy preferences (for example, by indicating on one occasion that third
parties may contact you with marketing offers and indicating on another
occasion that they may not), CMW cannot guarantee that your most recent privacy
preference will be honored.
Also, please note that CMW is not responsible for the
content or privacy practices of non-CMW Web sites to which www.cleanmywater.com
or any other CMW Web site may link.
Terms
Pricing, Typographical, and Pictorial Errors:
We make every effort to
provide you with an error-free website, in the event there is a misprint, we
reserve the right to correct copy or pricing to reflect actual current status. We
are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or pictorial errors.
SHIPPING:
All orders are processed within
24 to 48 business hours. We do our best to ship within 24 to 48 business hours.
All systems are built to order to help ensure that each and every system has
fresh media and the most current components available installed. In some cases
this may delay your shipping slightly. We do offer rush manufacturing for a
charge of 7% of the invoice total. Rush shipping is also available. Some orders
will ship same day depending on item and time of order. We will not ship on a customer’s
shipping account for any reason. So, please do not ask. All orders are insured
100% for damages during shipping. If you receive an order that is damaged
please contact us so we may process the claim and have another shipment sent
out if possible. Please note: Once an order has left our warehouse, we are no
longer in control of that order. It then becomes in the hands of the shipper,
and delivery times will depend on location and time of year. We use only the
best shipper to ship our products.
PLEASE NOTE – WEATHER CONDITIONS THROUGHOUT THE US CAN RESTRICT
DELIVERY TIMES. Products are shipped to us from around the world. Weather
can delay products arriving and departing our location or the transfer
locations throughout the US. We try are hardest to get it to you as quickly as
possible.
RETURNS:
To return an item* please contact us at our
Returns Section . Please note your name, order #, and the reason for the return. An auto
responder will e-mail back with a return ticket number as a receipt for
starting your return, the return ticket will be reviewed and upon approval in
accordance with our terms and conditions a RMA number will be issued. All
returns must be in the original packaging, all owner’s manuals, packing slips,
and have a RMA number. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Any
items which were ordered with a 'free shipping' or 'flat rate' promotion will
be credited the price of the unit. Actual shipping charges that were
incurred will be deducted from the total refunded. All returns will be inspected 100%, if any damages or alterations are
visible then a full refund will not be issued. Any returns without an authentic
RMA number will be returned to sender.
*Custom built systems, special
order items, metal and steel pressure tanks (See Dent & Dings below), chemicals
and other consumables cannot be returned.
Shipper’s charge us a fee for parcels to be rerouted back to
Cleanmywater.com. Please note, we will accept the parcel but will deduct
the shipping fee for the refused parcel from your refund.
Dent & Dings:
Since shipping is out of our
hands and pressure tanks may arrive with dent and dings, all metal and steel
pressure tanks are non-returnable, unless defective. All warranties will still
be effective. Any punctured tanks will be considered damaged and an insurance
claim will be started. We will try our best to get a replacement tank out to
you during this process; we cannot guarantee a replacement tank will be sent
immediately, such as in the case of an out of stock or an on back order tank could
cause a delay.
WARRANTY:
Most purchases carry a full 10
year parts warranty that does not pro-rate and a 120 day money back guarantee.
Please see the warranty for your purchase for more details. Some products also
offer extended warranties of 10, 20, and lifetime.
Product Label:
The images used on this website
may contain labels with product names. In order to maintain the lowest price
possible some products may be shipped without labeling.
